Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • How to Cancel: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@himalyanherbals.com. Include your order number and reason for cancellation in the email.
  • Refund Process: If the order is successfully canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original method of payment.

After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, return the product once you have received it as per our return policy.

2. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The product must be returned within 2-3 days from receiving the product.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@himalyanherbals.com. Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you are seeking a refund or an exchange. Return should be done before 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days after receiving your return.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@himalyanherbals.com.

4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
