1. Shipping Locations and time

We currently ship to All places in India. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer support at support@himalyanherbals.com to inquire about shipping options. We will ship within 1 day after the order is placed.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping: 2 to5 business days from placing the order
  • International Shipping:  7 to 10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Himalyan Herbals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

Himalyan Herbals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is missing or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support at support@himalyanherbals.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
